Dell Technologies has quietly acquired Cloudify as a way to deliver greater cloud orchestration capabilities.

In accordance to TechCrunch, which Wednesday broke the information, Dell obtained Cloudify for about $100 million.

Dell Tuesday filed a Sort S-8 with the SEC titled Cloudify System Ltd. 2017 Share Incentive Plan in which Dell refers to issuing of Course C widespread stock “in respect of selected superb and unvested alternatives to obtain the common shares of Cloudify Platform Ltd., an Israeli private liability corporation.”
