One of the fastest Dell G15 configurations on the market has gone on sale with a noteworthy discount thanks to two stackable coupon codes that bring the price of this RTX 3070 Ti gaming laptop down to US$1,367.

Dell’s G15 line of gaming laptops is mostly known for its comparatively affordable low to mid-range configurations, most of which offer a quite decent bang for the buck for bargain hunters and frugal gamers. However, certain higher-end models of the Dell G15 may also be worth a look, especially when they receive a considerable discount.

This is exactly what happened to the RTX 3070 Ti-powered version of the Dell G15 5520, which is now on sale for just US$1,367 at the company’s official online store. Please apply the two coupon codes “AWSMITE09” and “ARMMPPS” after adding the 15-inch gaming laptop to the shopping cart, as they provide a total discount of US$482 or 26 percent in relation to the original list price. This particular variant of the popular Dell G15 is also equipped with the blazing-fast Intel Core i9-12900H Alder Lake processor, 16GB of DDR5 memory and a spacious 1TB M.2 SSD.

In addition to the aforementioned technical specifications, the Dell G15 sports a high-resolution QHD IPS display with a fast refresh rate of 240Hz, 400 nits of peak brightness and 99{b7c9e2c88beb1a84f22d94ab877a147f4adc4b3519717f3f957a0f34e16918d1} DCI-P3 coverage. Our in-depth review of the 2021 model with AMD Ryzen 7 5800H and the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 revealed that the Asus TUF Gaming A15 is able to bring together AMD processors and NVIDIA GPUs to provide good gaming performance for a fair price. Its successor that was released one year later with AMD Ryzen 7 6800H and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 graphics is no exception, and the ongoing 21{b7c9e2c88beb1a84f22d94ab877a147f4adc4b3519717f3f957a0f34e16918d1} discount that brings it down to US$1,099 from a list price of US$1,399.99 makes it an interesting mid-range gaming laptop for 2023 as well.

In addition to the processor and graphics adapter mentioned above, the discounted Asus TUF Gaming A15 (2022), model FA507RM-ES73, comes with a 300 Hz 15.6-inch FHD display, 16 GB DDR5-4800 memory, a 512 GB PCIe SSD, as well as WiFi 6 and Bluetooth connectivity alongside 4 X USB 3.0 ports. The preinstalled operating system is Windows 11 Home. Those concerned about it being outdated should known that this machine arrived on the market in late July 2022, so it’s not one year old yet.

RTX 4000-powered gaming laptops are about to hit the store shelves pretty soon, but these well-performing new machines will probably need more time until they drop to more reasonable prices. We reviewed a similar configuration of the 2022 Lenovo Legion 5 Pro Gen 7 a few months ago. Most notably, we were impressed by the high-quality screen and the easy serviceability, but we also liked the integrated numpad and the very fast charging speed of this RTX 3070 Ti gaming laptop. For a discounted deal price of US$1,439, Lenovo’s well-rounded gaming machine is a reasonable pick up for everyone who does not want to wait until the upcoming RTX 4000 notebooks get some noteworthy discounts.

The well-performing gaming laptop made by the reputable Taiwanese manufacturer is currently discounted by a notable US$500, which makes the Asus TUF Dash F15 one of the most affordable gaming laptops with an RTX 3070 on the market.

The US$1,000 mark is an important threshold for many prospective buyers who don’t like to spend a four-figure sum on their new gaming laptop. Since most machines in this price range are equipped with reasonable dedicated graphics cards like Nvidia’s RTX 3060, a current deal for the Asus TUF Dash F15 is particularly noteworthy since the 15-inch gaming laptop is powered by the more powerful GeForce RTX 3070.

Once again it’s the well-known US retailer Best Buy, which currently offers the aforementioned Asus TUF Dash F15 gaming laptop with the fast Intel Core i7-12650H Alder Lake processor and an Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070 dGPU with a relatively low TGP of 105 watts for a discounted sale price of just US$999 including free shipping or store pickup where stock permits. Among other things, we liked the compact and light design of this gaming laptop, but we also praised the Thunderbolt 4 connectivity as well as the second available M.2 SSD slot which makes storages upgrades extremely easy. As with many gaming laptops in this price range, the most glaring weakness of the Asus TUF Dash F15 may be its relatively dim 250-nits FHD display, which at least has a high native refresh rate of 144Hz. Overall, this is still a decent deal for bargain hunters who are particularly looking for an RTX 3070-powered machine for less than US$1,000.
